The Goliath from Carei and the mystery of the gigantic skeletons discovered on the Romanian territory

The skeletons of the giants discovered on the Romanian territory are making a fuss in the scientific world, but the specialists have not been able to unravel until now the key to the mystery that surrounds their existence.Among the huge skeletons unearthed over time on the territory of our country, one was exhumed in Satu Mare County in the summer of 2012, during excavations carried out at the bypass belt of the municipality of Carei.

The skeleton from Carei was sent for more detailed analyzes to Târgu Mureș, where an expert in anthropology works in the County Museum.According to the results of the analyses carried out by the anthropologist from Targu Mureş it appears that he is a man of nordic race who was 1.93 meters high, which is very much when we think about the fact that at that time the average height of a man was 1.58-1.65 meters. The skeleton dates from the period 1,500-1,400 BC. BC, which corresponds to the Bronze Age in this part of Europe.Studies have shown that the warrior died around the age of 29-35.

We remind you that the warrior’s skeleton was found buried in the cemetery of a prehistoric settlement discovered at the beginning of work on the bypass belt of the municipality of Carei.During the excavations, archaeologists also discovered several fountains, ovens and unusually large food storage spaces.

However, for several years now, the subject has been languishing in the drawers of specialists.Meanwhile, the skeleton of the “Goliath” from Carei has aroused the interest of specialists from Germany, Hungary and the USA.

Of course, the giant from Carei was smaller than the skeletons of giants discovered in other parts of the world, but it was much higher than the average of those times (1.93 meters, compared to the average of 1.58-1 , 65 meters).

At the same time, in Romania there is talk of the giants of Piatra Craiului and the Persani Mountains, of the giant skeletons discovered at Polovragi, at Citizens (2005), under the Black Voda Monastery, a character said to have an imposing stature himself.

Also, Țara Hațegului (the Land of Hatheg ) is full of legends about giants. At the beginning of the last century, in the depression between Petroşani and Deva, several skeletons were found that are believed to belong to the giants.

The legends also speak about the Oncești Fortress (Maramureș County), as the home of the giants.Another eloquent example for the subject of our article, but completely avoided by our scientists is the fact that the necropolis at Argedava (Burebista’s Fortress) housed the graves of 80 people over 5 meters high.

In Scăieni (Buzău county) two skeletons of giants were unearthed in 1985.At the same time, in the locality of Măriuța (Călărași county) three skeletons of giants were exhumed.

Archaeologists have discovered hundreds of giant skeletons on all continents, as evidence that the giants were not just legends. The findings have caused a stir and are circulating on the Internet, but scientists have not commented on the authenticity of this evidence.

If the legends are confirmed by anthropologists, this will only be the beginning that will change the history of mankind.
